Freaky Friday
The children all had a super time on Freaky Friday participating in the Fancy Dress Fun Run which was organised by P7.
The winning house group was Conon with 553 points.

P4 Maths Week
P4 have been very busy with their math’s challenges this week and they had loads of fun 🙂
Completing the Scottish SUMDOG challenge – we came 92nd!!! WoW
Find 3-D shapes in the playground – shape hunt
Investigating nets and making our very own 3-D shapes
Measuring liquids using ml and l (capacity)
Measuring using a ruler and drawing Autumn leaves of various lengths
Using our “Place Value” skills to crack codes
Improving out times tables by playing Kaboom and Card Games
Ness Book Fest 2020 – UNCRC Article 13, 28 and 29
On Friday 2nd October, we all took part in the Ness Book Fest Reading Challenge (an Inverness based initiative and part of the Highland Book Festival). The challenge was to get as many children as possible, all reading at the same time, all over the UK. We read from 9:15am – 9:45am. Some of us read for pleasure, some were read to, some listened to books and some of us did a bit of everything. This year, we helped absolutely smash the record, and an incredible total of 14,200 children were reading at the same time, although the organisers suspect the unofficial total exceeds this!
