Kirkhill Primary School

There’s no such thing as bad weather…

…just inappropriate clothing.

It was AMAZING to see that everyone was warm and waterproof today! A few people borrowed some spare waterproof suits and wellies to make sure they were extra cosy. Everyone is getting really confident when getting themselves ready to go out too.

Today we looked around the forest and noticed how the changing season was changing how the forest looked. When we arrived back at the Gathering Tree we noticed a strange new visitor to the woods…

We discovered that the visitor was a magical forest elf called Bramble Berry! She had come to Kirkhill because she had heard of an incredible class who knew lots about the forest and who were all kind and helpful. We think she was looking for us! Bramble Berry had a letter that explained that she hoped we could teach her about the forest, she is very forgetful and needs to prove that she can remember important things as she is hoping to become a Winter Elf soon.  We decided to take her back to school and help hear learn lots about forests.
