Kirkhill Primary School

What’s outside the window?

Part of our new topic is all about noticing things around us, spotting features in our environment and thinking about why they are there.

We read the book, Window by Jeannie Baker, and talked about how the view from her window changed over the years.  We then set off in small groups to different windows around the school and drew what we could see.

I’m sure you’ll agree that everyone did an amazing job of capturing the different views! I wonder if you can guess which window in the school your child was looking out of?
