World War Two EVACUATION TRIP

Wow, what a day! P7 came in for a WWII themed day. What they didn’t know, was that the air raid sirens would sound and they would be evacuated, not only from their classrooms, but from the school! They ended up at Fort George and took part in a workshop and Fort George tour.

 

Tomorrow, we will write a diary entry from the point of view of an evacuee. I think they might make for interesting reading!

    What a great day out! Loved the element of surprise and the kids’ faces. Superb acting (I think it was acting?! 😉) from Miss Morgan as a 1940’s teacher 😂
