Kirkhill Primary School

Harvest Festival

On Wednesday 20th September from 2.30pm onwards the school are hosting a tea and cake event for the elderly in the community. We’re hoping to gift some goodies to those who may need it and are looking for donations of food (tins, biscuits, fruit, vegetables) or fresh flowers. If you’re able to donate something then please send your contribution to school this week or on Wednesday morning.

At the event, each class will be performing something ‘harvesty’ and we’re excited in P1 to be taking to the stage to sing our Harvest song. If you’re able to pop in, you’re more than welcome to enjoy a cup of tea and be there to enjoy our singing! We’re on last so will be performing at around 3.15/3.20, hope to see some of you there!

Can we pop in or is it just for the elderly? – Mind you I’m nearing that ‘bracket’ myself ?

Of course come along! You’ll not qualify for a harvest gift for a few years yet mind you!
